Conditions of participation "Maurice Lacroix BUY&WIN Campaign 2024"

The following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions of Participation") and the following data protection provisions apply to participation in the "Maurice Lacroix BUY&WIN Campaign 2024".

The Terms and Conditions of Participation apply to all participants in the campaign. By participating, participants declare their agreement with these terms and conditions.

1.1. The competition is open to persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany, Italy or Spain and who have purchased a product in Germany, Italy or Spain at www.mauricelacroix.com. Participation is only possible in one's own name. Employees, all persons involved in the development or realisation of the promotion (e.g. agencies, consultants, suppliers), as well as their respective family and household members are excluded from participation.

1.2. The "Maurice Lacroix BUY&WIN Campaign 2024" takes place between 15.08.2024 and 31.10.2024, 23.59 ("Promotion Period"). All products purchased on the www.mauricelacroix.com website during this campaign period are eligible to participate. Participation in stationary retail is excluded.

1.3. 3 Maurice Lacroix is authorised to exclude participants from the promotion who manipulate or attempt to manipulate the participation process or the website, violate the conditions of participation or otherwise attempt to influence the promotion in an unfair or dishonest manner. In such cases, exclusion from the promotion, refusal to hand over the prize or reclaiming the refunded prize may be considered.

3.1. Maurice Lacroix accepts no liability for damages arising from participation in the promotion. In particular, liability for loss of participation due to a technical malfunction is excluded. Maurice Lacroix does not guarantee that the website will be available and accessible by participants at all times or that it will be free of content or technical errors. Once the prize has been sent to the winner, the organiser is released from any obligation. All information provided by the organiser is without guarantee. Maurice Lacroix shall only be liable for damages caused by Maurice Lacroix intentionally or through gross negligence or through the breach of a material contractual obligation in a manner that jeopardises the achievement of the purpose of the contract. The above limitations or exclusions of liability apply in particular to damage caused by technical failures, delays or interruptions in connection with the transmission of participant data and the loss or deletion of data. Maurice Lacroix accepts no liability for loss of data, in particular in the course of data transmission, and other technical defects, in particular when using mobile devices. The above limitations or exclusions of liability do not apply to damages resulting from culpable injury to life, limb or health.

4.1. Prices of Products are indicated on the Website in EUR and are inclusive of any applicable VAT, sales taxes, other taxes and duties. Prices do not include delivery charges, which, if any, shall be added to the price of the Products and will be communicated to you during the checkout process before you confirm your order.

2. What we process your data for (purpose of processing) and on what legal basis?

As part of your participation in the competition, we process your first name, surname and email address, and you must also confirm that you are of legal age. For the purpose of sending and delivering the prize, we subsequently collect and process the winner's address and, if applicable, telephone number. The legal basis for the processing is the fulfilment of the contractual obligation arising from participation in the competition (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).

3. Who will receive my data and how long will the data be stored?

7.1. The purchased Products will be delivered exclusively in Germany.

4. Rights of the data subject

You can request information about the personal data stored about you at the above address (Art. 15 GDPR). In addition, you can request a correction if we have stored incorrect data stored about you (Art. 16 GDPR).
